When you have to interact with someone so often about something that feels, at times, very personal, that professional needs to feel like a friend. For us, Rob had the right balance of being very professional and experienced but not overly formal. I always felt comfortable calling or reaching out about even small details. He never made me feel like he was too busy for my calls.

Secondly, Rob had his hands full with our house and property. There were many unusual aspects about the land, buildings, set up and location. Mr. Robert White did a wonderful job selling our house. I was very pleased with his efforts. Due to the fact that I live in another state and the home was in a trust, there were five other opinions that he had to deal with. He never seemed to be frustrated. He willingly helped me find a local stager for the property and answered all of my questions. Being out of state I can not judge print advertising or campaign delivery. Value of money and sales result rating was due to my siblings wanting to hold out so I was disappointed with the sales result. Mr White was very professional at every stage of this process.

We had the opportunity to help a family whose home was damaged by a tornado and they could not find short term temporary lodging. We took our home off of the market to allow this family to lease our home for three months. The Judge Fite office wanted to charge me a finders fee because the family called the office for help.
